Worcester Palladium Rules
The Worcester Palladium is a much loved live music venue in Worcester, with a long and storied history. The Palladium has an excellent reputation, excellent acoustics, a great location and an eclectic mix of performers. It is a beloved local landmark and important that all guests respect the rules put in place by the venue, to ensure maximum enjoyment to all concert goers.
Worcester Palladium is dedicated to giving every visitor a great experience. But keeping that promise requires following the rules and policies listed below. All guests will be expected to follow these rules and policies. Failure to abide by these rules may result in expulsion from the venue without refund.

Accessibility Policy
Worcester Palladium wants to provide the best assistance and accommodations they can. So they are happy to discuss your specific needs for your upcoming visit. If you have any ADA-accommodation needs, then please contact the box office in advance. It’s recommended that you call at least 3 weeks before the show to discuss your needs and see if the venue can help.
Bag Policy
This concert venue allows you to bring in bags measuring 12 inches by 12 inches or smaller. The security will conduct searches on all bags and may inspect any items you carry on your person. Typically, the team will not admit bags larger than this size, backpacks, or coolers, so it’s best to plan to travel light and avoid complications at the door.
In an effort to maintain safety for all patrons, the venue reserves the right to search anyone who enters the premises. This extends to their belongings. Your medical bags or kits may be accepted but will still undergo a full inspection upon arrival.
Camera Policy
Usually point and shoot cameras (non-professional) are allowed. Video recording is not. But camera policy is also dependent on the needs of the visiting performer.
This means that some shows may allow photos and non-professional recordings while others do not. Please read the event description to check. If an event description does not state a policy, please call the venue to find out what you need to know.
COVID-19 Related Policy
Please contact Worcester Palladium office at (508) 797 – 9696 for any questions relating to current COVID-19 related policy. Please note that certain shows may require masks to be worn and social distancing to be practiced.
Lost and Found Policy
If you have lost an item, feel free to call their office Tuesday – Friday 12:30 – 4:30pm @ 508-797-9696 or email [email protected] in order to see if your item was found. Please keep in mind that the venue does not claim responsibility for lost items.
Food and Drink
Outside food and beverages are not allowed and you will be requested to dispose of them before entering the venue.
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be brought into the venue. Beverages purchased at the venue will be served in the appropriate plastic cups. All guests must show their valid ID when purchasing an alcoholic drink.
Mask Policy
Face coverings are strongly encouraged..

Prohibited Items
As is the case with most concert venues in Massachusetts, you cannot bring outside food or beverages into the venue with you. The venue serves an array of drinks and snacks to ensure that you have everything you need during your time there.
Before entering, you should check that you aren’t carrying any of the following:

The venue may refuse entry to guests who appear intoxicated or don’t comply with these strict policies.
Worcester Palladium reserves the right to search anyone, and their belongings, who enter the premises.
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final and refunds will not be issued. There may be an exception if an event is postponed or canceled due to weather or artist cancellation. In those cases, please call the venue to ask if there is a special policy in place.
Age and Identification Requirements
You’ll find that the venue welcomes all ages, unless it is specifically marked on the event ticket as an age-restricted show. The venue also advises that young children attending family-friendly events wear ear protection due to high volume levels.
If you plan to purchase alcohol, you must be 21 or older and be willing to present a valid government-issued form of identification at the door. The security team may place a wristband on you to indicate that you’re permitted to purchase alcoholic beverages inside, but this does not apply to every event.
Smoking and Marijuana Policy
As per the state laws, attendees cannot smoke anywhere inside this concert venue. This prohibition includes cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, and marijuana.
If you need to smoke, you will have to exit the venue entirely and find a permitted smoking area nearby. Remember that Massachusetts law prohibits marijuana consumption in public spaces. The venue strictly enforces these policies, and for most events, you may not leave and return once you’ve entered the building (unless it’s an all-day festival).
Photography and Recording Policies
Overall, you cannot bring recording devices into the building. However, some shows may allow point-and-shoot photos and issue photo passes for some detachable lenses. It’s easiest to check the specific event description for clarification.
