Support: Cryptopus Cryptopus are a technical death metal band from Montreal formed in 1988 under the name Necrosis. They are known for being extreme and their music shows this with songs such as “Phobophile”, “Slit Your Guts” and “Crown of Horns” all delivered with extreme precision and complete disregard for all else. Their newest album, An Insatiable Violence (2025) shows the band continuing to carry the torch that none So Vile had set so high, with all the extremity that made that album a classic.
A death metal trio from Oakland, California since 2011. A true example of authentic, old school death metal in its most brutal form. Check out some of the live performances in the videos for songs such as “Your Hell”, “Blood Offerings”, and “Stench of Decay” to get an idea of their compositions. The band has garnered much respect from the metal community for their latest album “Lifeless Birth” (2024).
Horror influenced death metal/deathgrind band inspired by the Godfather of Italian Horror, Lucio Fulci. Their music is a form of brutal death metal. They merge old school death metal with musical and horror synthwave elements. Check out some songs from their 2024 album Duck Face Killings here. Songs are influenced by bands such as Carcass and Repulsion. Experience the horror that they create through their Lucio Fulci vision.
American deathgrind band from Washington D.C. formed in 2023 by musician Shelby Lermo. They are among a new wave of extreme metal bands. Their debut album The Calling of Fire (2025) contains a spoken word sample of the German film director Werner Herzog. The band’s provocative and extremely heavy style of music makes them one to watch in the extreme metal genre.
